Public Relations

PR does not mean free publicity, and there are two reasons fort his.

First, publicity’s goal is to convince you to buy a product, whereas PR should stimulate a dialogue between important social groups. „Image Improvement“ of a certain product is only one out of many tasks a good PR has to fulfil.

The second reason is quite simple – PR is not for free, but in many cases even more expensive than publicity. In order to achieve a certain degree of popularity for a brand you have to achieve that a certain target-group trusts in your company. Moreover, you should communicate both with your potential customers and your staff, which costs money, but brings you even more profit at the end of the day.
