The Russian engineering enterprise Promteh-NN is located in the city of Nizhny Novgorod in the central part of the Volga river region.

Promteh-NN specializes in the development and manufacturing of technical equipment for the maintenance of insulation coatings in main gas and petroleum pipelines. The company’s main customers are GAZPROM and Transneft.

Promteh-NN is developing successfully and dynamically. At the moment several programmes for production diversification which have been developed in the company are being implemented. Among them are programmes for

  • agricultural engineering
  • medical engineering
  • broad-scoped services in engineering.

In the current case we are interested in contacts with German enterprises with a view to making business in Russia, with having the production located in Russia, either completely, partially or as a cooperative. This is the basis for the new positioning of Promteh-NN’s business field.

Therefore, Promteh-NN is searching for a business partner in Germany with the aim of strengthening both sides’ – Promteh-NN’s and the German partner enterprise’s – competitive advantages.

Of special significance is our fourth programme focusing on product diversification:

  • searching a foreign partner in order to establish a joint business in Russia.

«Promteh-NN» offers its services and capacities in production and promotion of new products on the markets of Russia, the CIS states and third countries (including EU member states) for:

1. Establishing a joint venture.
2. Cooperative production and collaboration.
3. Licensed production and collaboration.

Promteh-NN fulfils all requirements necessary for the implementation of these goals:

  • production facilities (in ownership) comprising 12 factory buildings of 14,000 sqm, two of which (3,000 sqm and 2,400 sqm respectively) we are ready to allocate for joint needs
  • fully developed engineering infrastructure (each production building is equipped with lifting mechanisms up to a hoisting capacity of 10 t, power, gas and heating supply as well as illumination, sanitary equipment and other utilities)
  • design, technological and metrological support during projects
  • fully developed logistic scheme of the enterprise (road and railway connection, close proximity to intercity motor roads, etc.)
  • complete provision of skilled workforce (about 500 employees working in the company)
  • Both the government of the Russian Federation and the Nizhny Novgorod region provide tax privileges for joint ventures.
  • Our enterprise was certified in February 2007 according to the ISO 9001-2001 standards (registration certificate No. 07493).
  • favourable credit bank history of our enterprise and access to borrowed current assets
  • dense network of personal channels and high image of Promteh-NN in Russia’s fuel-energy complex encouraging the promotion of newly launched products on the markets of Russia and the CIS countries
  • requirements for establishing a dealer network and technical centres.
